The students of Önder Organization for cooperation and development participated in (IQ) games competition held by the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sports in cooperation with Önder Organization, a group of civil society organizations interested in developing the capacities of adolescents and youth, and the directorates of education in the Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch regions, on Thursday morning 17/ 6/2021 in a swimming pool in Azaz subdistrict at the north
The competition was held in the presence of Messrs. (Muhammad Siddique Yildirim), the advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the north of Syria, the head of the board of directors in Önder organization (Mr. Abdul Rahman Dadam), the head of the local coucil in Azaz (Mr. Muhammed yusuf Hamdan), (Mr. Muhammed Arshek) the sports coordinator in Afrin and some managers of civil society organizations.
Önder Organization Center in Afrin subdistrict participated the competition with 16 male and female players, who achieved advanced positions in several games, where two male and female players achieved the second place, and two players achieved the third place, with the participation of 232 competitors who came from the Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch areas.
The conclusion of the competition witnessed honoring of the male and female players of the first places, and honoring the directors of the organizations, that participated in sponsoring the competition, by the advisor of the Ministry of Youth and Sports , then the sports coordinator in Afrin (Muhammad Arshik), thanked the partner organizations in this activity, especially the management of Önder Organization for cooperation and development for their great efforts in the success of the activity.
It is worth mentioning that the training of (IQ) games has begun in Önder Organization center in Afrin since March 2021, and the competition was held for 120 male and female trainees in the center, 16 of them qualified and participated the competition set up by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
